the room was spacious with elegant and unique decor; the Sun terrace had stunning views of the area and the private facilities were impeccable. the location was perfect for exploring Venice, with many buses and shops nearby.
The service could have been improved, as there was a minor issue with the check-in process and unavailability of the Bar/ Lounge area. the friendly staff made up for it with their helpfulness and professionalism.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with convenient access to Venice. It is close to the train station and there are bus stations nearby for easy transportation to the city. there are supermarkets in the vicinity for convenience during your stay. The staff at the hotel were also very supportive and responsive, providing quick assistance and even allowing us to store our bags before check-in.
There were some issues with the electricity on our floor during our stay, which made it a bit uncomfortable. However, the staff did their best to address the problem and even offered us the option to change rooms.
